Restorative + RENEWAL, RECOVERY, LOVING-KINDNESS, MEDITATION
Surrender all doing and find maximum ease and support with floor-based poses using props to customize your pose. Poses are held for a leisurely duration. Guided breathwork, visualization and mindfulness techniques are sprinkled throughout. Calm your nervous system. This is your antidote to life’s agitation, anxiety, sensory overload and multitasking.

Yin DEEP SUPPORTED STRETCH, MINDFULNESS
Yin is deep stretch class that uses mindfulness techniques to help you safely explore your therapeutic stretch. Floor-based poses, creative use of props minimize muscular effort and support long-held positions of stretch. Improve or restore range of motion which is so critical to optimal well-being.
Props Required: bolster (or creatively-sourced: bed or couch pillow, 2 rolled bath
towels, blanket), 2 blocks, blanket
Chair Yoga FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY, BREATH, BODY AWARENESS
Therapeutic chair yoga is accessible to many, from seniors to workers of long hours at desk or driving. Most poses are done seated in the chair. This beneficial practice Improves range of motion, balance, flexibility.
Prop Required: chair (no arms, no wheels), example: dining room chair.
Ashtanga Groove STRETCH, STRENGTH, AGILITY, FOCUS
With a few selected variations, this creative flow sequence has its roots in Ashtanga. Move with the breath, listen to your body's wisdom. Feel the energetic glow that comes from this style combo of strength, stretch, and agility.
Suggested Props: 2 blocks, strap (or belt, necktie, etc), blanket (or large towel)
Ashtanga Beat MOVING MEDITATION, BREATH FOCUS
This is a yoga flow as traditional sequencing of Ashtanga, or as Vinyasa, its creative cousin. Poses link together to be moved by the breath-based rhythm of soft resonant drum beat. Some experience with Ashtanga recommended.

Meditation for Well-being (30 minute) EASY MEDITATION
A micro-practice to explore various ways to anchor into a calm state of well-being while surfing the waves of life. This guided meditation draws from ancient & simple yogic techniques such as breathwork, body-sensing, sensory awareness, and perspective shifts from the wisdom of poets.
