An urban retreat is small, intimate, spans two days and is non-residential. Accessible by public transit. Located at the edge of a nature trail for meditative walks and free time for introspection and reflection. Well-suited for those who wish to invest in their self-care and revitalization, but life or preference requires them home each evening.

3:30pm walking meditation in nature
4:30pm yin & music (75m)
6:00pm go home

10:00am healthy breakfast
11:00am chakra yoga (60m)
